Gilles BianRosa, a visionary in technology, infuses innovation and creativity. With 20 years of experience in Silicon Valley and Europe, he has launched new products and services internationally, combining innovation and the generation of new growth drivers (co-founder Vuze, ex Samsung, SoundCloud, N26 and currently Chief Operating and Product Officer at Kraken).
Each member was chosen for their entrepreneurial background and three key dimensions: the ability to deploy an innovative model, expertise and authority on key themes (fintech, retail, energy, climate, climate, deeptech, AI).

5 new startups in 2024
After launching three new startups in 2023, in various sectors such as Web3 (Stables with PMU), legaltech (Angelaw with August Debouzy) or even a fintech with BNP Paribas, 321 has set itself the objective in 2024:
- The launch of five new startups,
- The recruitment of around sixty employees for the 321 core team and the startups,
- The acceleration of its development through an external growth plan to establish the leadership of 321 at the French and European levels.
Expansion of the innovation model
Today, 321 is also expanding its offer and offers large companies the following:
- Launch startups in 6 months by identifying market opportunities to innovate quickly, at the pace of the market, and ensure long-term synergy.
