Angelaw is a next-generation SaaS platform for contract generation, analysis, and management. It raised €1.5 million in seed funding to change the contractual management of startups & SMEs. Angelaw's technology, which is based on a proprietary machine learning model, offers them automated and tailor-made contractual assistance to draft, negotiate, analyze and centralize all contractual documentation. The startup was born from a triple shareholding: Pierre Marchès, serial-entrepreneur and CEO of Angelaw, August Debouzy, a business law firm, and 321founded, corporate startup studio.


Angelaw is the result of the new entrepreneurial model imagined by 321founded, the first Corporate Startup Studio in France. This is characterized by a triple shareholding that combines the strengths of a corporate with the entrepreneurial agility of a Startup Studio and the skills of a CEO.

Angelaw launches its activity and thus completes its €1.5M seed raise from the business law firm August Debouzy, 321founded and Pierre Marchès, its CEO.

Angelaw is a generation SaaS solution, contract negotiation and analysis designed for startups and SMEs. The vast majority of these companies do not have a legal department and their teams have neither the time nor the desire to manage and manage their contracts. Moreover, they do not master all the subtleties of optimization. However, editorial approximations, deadlines and renewals, as well as negotiations hide significant additional costs, and even litigation.

A first round to quickly establish itself in France

Its seed raising of 1.5 million euros allows it to launch its marketing after a period of conclusive tests and to recruit around ten people this year, who will complement the 12 current employees.

Over the past few weeks, around twenty startups, scalups and SMEs have been using the beta version of Angelaw to manage their contracts.
