At 321, we believe that talent has no gender, age, or background. Although we are not officially subject to the French Gender Equality Index, we have made monitoring and improving our progress in inclusion and equity a priority.

Today, 50% of our team members are women and over 33% of management positions are held by women. Inclusion is not a checkbox, it is an ongoing effort.

That's why we've redesigned our recruitment process from the ground up: structured interviews to reduce unconscious biases, ongoing reviews of compensation and career progression, and a culture where everyone is seen, heard, and valued.

To reduce unconscious bias, we reorganized our equity plan and introduced structured interviews into our hiring process.

Sustainability is a fundamental value for us. We are committed to minimizing our impact on the environment through responsible practices, both internally and externally.


From waste reduction to sustainable procurement to carbon footprint assessment, we're always looking for ways to incorporate environmental considerations into everything we do.

Green mobility

More than 80% of our business trips are made by public transport or by bike, and we prefer the train for long trips.

Reducing the carbon footprint

Thanks to our partnership with Cleaq, we reduced our IT-related carbon footprint by 65% in 2024.

Sustainable welcome packs

All of our welcome packs are made from sustainable materials in order to reinforce our ecological commitment from day one.

Support for reforestation

We contribute to the “Plant for the Future” initiative, which supports global reforestation efforts.
